Shipping and Click & Collect
FREE SHIPPING:
We offer free standard shipping on non-bulky Australian orders over $220. Please check item descriptions to know if your purchase requires bulky shipping.
Standard Shipping:
At Playdreamers we are proud to offer a low flat rate $9.95 standard shipping rate with Aramex on most Australian orders.
We ship primarily with Aramex for fast, easy delivery.
Due to ever rising costs, Australia Post is available by Custom Invoice only. Please select this option if your address is considered Rural, or if Australia Post is your preferred carrier. We will pack, measure, and weigh your parcel and invoice you for the shipping at a rate lower than we are quoted. If you don't see your Invoice within 24 hours please check your spam folder or get in touch.
Please note; Rural Addresses, Australia Post PO Boxes and Parcel Locker addresses are not valid with Aramex and AusPost Custom Shipping needs to be selected.
If Aramex is selected your order may incur additional shipping fees prior to dispatch. Please contact hello@playdreamers.com.au for assistance prior to purchase if you have any doubts.
Express Shipping:
We offer express shipping with Aramex Priority, at a flat rate of $18 for non-bulky orders. Orders with Bulky Items please get in touch with use via email to arrange an express shipping option.
Express Post with Australia Post is only available via the AusPost Custom Invoice option - please leave a note if you'd like Express otherwise you'll be invoiced for Standard Shipping.
Bulky Shipping:
Please check item descriptions before purchase. Some items do incur an $25 Bulky Shipping fee. If Free Shipping is selected at checkout you will be invoiced the Bulky fee prior to dispatch.
Click & Collect:
We offer free Click & Collect from our store at 1 Wharf Street, Forster NSW.
Most orders will be ready for collection same or next business day. Please let us know in your order notes if you require gift wrapping so we can have the items ready for you.

Who is Playdreamers?
Playdreamers is a micro family business owned and operated by myself - mum of three boys, Hannah.
We launched from home as an online store in April 2019. I'd pack orders of an evening with two toddlers by my side, spending late nights adding products to the store and sourcing new items.
During the pandemic I nervously opened our first brick & mortar store in Forster, NSW and in 2022 welcomed a third son.
Fast forward to mid-2024 when a larger space in a sought-after location was calling my name. We relocated our tiny Forster store from a quiet street to the hustle and bustle of Wallis Street in Forster; just off the bridge into town.
I am excited to have welcomed Chloe, a mother of two girls and dear friend, to the team and adore our days together bouncing ideas off each other and sourcing treasures for the children in your lives.
