We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days, with most orders being dispatched within 24 hours. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

AusPost are no longer offering pickups in our area. I will strive to run parcels to the post office daily, however please remember Playdreamers is a one woman team, and I'm a mother to three so occasionally days may be missed.
Aramex are currently picking up 4-6 days per week.


AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our warehouse and store in Forster, New South Wales. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.  
  • $9.95 flat rate shipping to residential and business addresses*. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers may require additional shipping fee.
  • *Bulky items may incur additional shipping fee. Please note bulky items will mention Bulky Shipping Fees in their description and "Bulky Shipping" will need to be paid at checkout. If "Free Shipping" is selected you will be invoiced for the $25 bulky shipping fee which will need payment prior to your order dispatching.
  • Bulky and Large Orders must have residential or business address - No PO Box or Parcel Lockers accepted due to extreme Australia Post rates being unattainable for small business. These orders will ship via Aramex. If you wish to have a large order shipped via Australia Post please get in touch and we will organise a custom shipping quote for you. In some circumstances we may have no option but to request additional postage to help cover costs when addresses are rural or if a PO Box is necessary.
  • We currently offer Express Shipping via Aramex Priority. If you do need your parcel by a specific date please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@playdreamers.com.au or via our Instagram.
  • Click & Collect is available to customers in the area. Please select "Local Pickup" at the checkout. We will email you when your order is ready and collection will be from our store in Forster during open hours.
  • Local Delivery may be organised by contacting Hannah at hello@playdreamers.com.au after ordering. Please select Local Pickup at checkout when purchasing.

Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control. Delivery times vary depending on your location.


If any delays are anticipated with your order, we will contact you immediately.

Our Earth is important to us. Please reuse and recycle packaging used in your order. We pack your items for safe arrival, which means using additional packaging materials. Sometimes our parcels aren't pretty, as we reuse as many boxes and packaging materials as possible to lessen our environmental footprint. 

SCHOOLS, CHILD CARE, AGED CARE, AND OTHER SPECIALTY SHIPPING
 
At Playdreamers we love working with schools and organisations to bring beautiful resources into play. Please note that shipping will need to be charged on large orders and will be calculated and invoiced to you separately.

Orders welcome by email and shipping will be included on your received invoice prior to payment. Online orders will be invoiced for shipping separately prior to dispatch. In most cases, large orders placed by organisations incur a shipping fee of %10 of the order value.


GIFTS

We do not provide a printed invoice with any order, and send your invoice electronically to your order email address. This is to reduce our paper waste as a business and so your purchase amount remains your private information. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer shipping outside Australia. If you wish for advice on stockists of similar products in your country please get in touch and we will help however we can.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Books

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 
- Items removed from original packaging 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If your refund is approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We do not refund change of mind purchases but may offer store credit in certain circumstances. Please choose carefully. These may incur a 10% refund fee.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or banking institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE REFUNDS

We do not accept return of sale items. If purchasing a discounted item, please choose carefully. 
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGABLES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@playdreamers.com.au.

GIFT CARDS

We do not offer refund on gift cards, or gift certificates, nor are these to be exchanged for cash.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please contact us at hello@playdreamers.com.au to request information for return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless issue is confirmed a factory fault. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
