Shipping & Returns
We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days, with most orders being dispatched within 24 hours.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION:
Due to the current volume of orders shipping may be delayed by a few days. We are working on employing to get your orders out as fast as possible. Please ensure you leave adequate time if ordering for a special occasion, as both AusPost and Sendle are experiencing delays. Once parcels are shipped the delivery time is out of our control.
AusPost are no longer offering pickups, therefor will be shipping Tuesdays and Fridays.
Sendle currently picking up 4-5 days per week.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Forster, New South Wales. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

- We do not currently offer Express Shipping but if you do need your parcel by a specific date please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Instagram.
- Local pickup is available to customers in the Forster Tuncurry area. Please select "Local Pickup" as your shipping preference. We will contact you once your order is complete to arrange a time for collection at your earliest convenience.
Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
If any delays are anticipated with your order, we will contact you immediately.
Our Earth is important to us. Please reuse and recycle packaging used in your order. We pack your items for safe arrival, which means using additional packaging materials. Keep an eye out on our blog for recycled play ideas.
If your order is intended as a gift, please write "GIFT" in the order comments. We will ship to the provided shipping address without an invoice, and send your invoice electronically to your order email address. If your shipping address is different to your billing address we will also send your invoice electronically, and no invoice will be delivered with your order. This way your purchase amount remains your private information.
We do not currently offer shipping outside Australia. If you wish for advice on stockists of similar products in your country please get in touch and we will help however we can.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items removed from original packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We do not refund change of mind purchases but may offer store credit in certain circumstances. Please choose carefully.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or banking institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
We do not accept return of sale items. If purchasing a discounted item, please choose carefully.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer refund on gift cards, or gift certificates, nor are these to be exchanged for cash.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless issue is confirmed a factory fault. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
