We ship all orders from our store, located in the heart of Forster NSW.

We do our best to ship all orders same or next business day.
During October - February we pack and process orders 7 days a week, so you may receive shipping on the weekend; however packages are collected Monday to Friday. During busy sale periods or peak Christmas season please allow an extra day or two for shipping.

If you choose Australia Post Custom Shipping Invoice at checkout please pay your shipping invoice as quickly as possible to ensure your order ships swiftly.

You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready for collection.
If you need discreet collection of larger items, please let us know as soon as you can. If items don't fit in bags and you are bringing your children with you we can arrange to cover your purchase in other ways to keep gifts a surprise!
Collection takes place any time during our opening hours - which are including in your email notification, and are regularly updated on our website and Google.

Absolutely! We offer free gift wrapping, which you can select as you add each item to checkout.
We don't actually enclose paper invoices in any order as we try to keep paper waste to a minimum.
We offer a lovely range of gifting cards, which we can write in for you if you leave your message in the notes at the checkout. Otherwise we can pop a little note in free of charge on one of our Playdreamers thank you cards.

To send a gift direct to your friend or family member simply add their address as the shipping address, and use your own address in the billing address section at checkout.

Unfortunately as a micro business layby is a quite challenging service to offer due to complexities with space to store orders, as well as cash flow.

If 10 customers layby $400 of toys for Christmas that is $4000 worth of stock we need to remove from our shelves, and store in our small back room.

When $4000 of product is removed from the shelves it leaves gaps, that we can't afford to fill if we have only received 20% deposits on the orders.

We regularly review our ability to offer layby, and hope some day we can provide this service.

In the meantime we have Afterpay, ZipPay, and PayPal Pay In 4 available at checkout so you have the benefit of paying off your purchase over time.

We work with preschools, family day care, allied health services, and many other businesses all over Australia.
We offer full tax invoices for your records, and happily assist with recommendations and advice to help you fill your service with quality resources that will last!

We have a NDIS form which you can use if you are Plan Managed where you can list items you wish to purchase or attach photos of your cart or product pages. We will then forward an invoice to your plan manager for review and payment.
Once payment is received your purchase will either ship as normal, or you can pop in to collect your items when convenient.

If you are Self Managed you can make your purchase via your preferred payment method in store or online, and we can provide a tax invoice for your records.
