This magnificent open-fronted Mulberry Mansion dolls house by Tender Leaf Toys, designed for 25cm dolls, is a dreamy haven that combines contemporary elegance with endless play possibilities.
This is a special order item, available online only. Please allow up to two weeks for dispatch.
The gabled roof and attic space, opening shutters, and a charming front door with windows at the back panel allow streams of light to flood into the spacious interior. A balcony on the second floor adds an extra layer of interest and space for imaginative play. The ground floor is a culinary delight, with walls adorned to resemble a cosy kitchen area.
Furniture includes;
- a table and chairs,
- a fully equipped cooker and sink unit with a stylish back wall,
- a fridge, and a host of kitchen accessories—everything from mugs and plates to a coffee machine and potted plants

I absolutely ADORE Playdreamers. I was once a local to Forster but this shop opened after I moved away and it has soooooooo much to offer the Forster community. From the locals who are looking for bespoke treasures to the visiting tourist that seek the toy that unlocks their child's imagination and entertains them endlessly whilst on holiday, Hannah has something for everyone. Every season and every reason, she literally LOVES what shes does and it shows in her service, quality of goods and presentation.
Hannah was beyond helpful to me while I was away on a holiday to Forster. I was after a specific floral izimini high chair that was not in store but she had in stock in her warehouse. I was leaving to head home early the next morning and so after she closed the store she left work went and collected the highchair and then hand delivered it to me at the beach!!! As a fellow business owner I absolutely appreciated Hannah’s work ethic and customer service skills and how easy it could have been her her to say that it was not available however she went above and beyond.
